Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Vice President of the FMCG division.   • Print and prepare customer order forms.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the VP and team.
  • Take minutes during department meetings.
  • Arrange corporate bookings when required.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Position Summary:
