We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate logistics, including transport, travel, deliveries, and site arrangements
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
Able to work independently and handle sensitive matters professionally
Experience in logistics or operations support is a plus, but not required
