A prominent company in Singapore is seeking a Junior Personal Assistant. The role involves supporting the sales team through scheduling, administrative tasks, and client liaison. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and relevant experience in a sales environment, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Personal Assistant (Junior)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
- Prepare and organise financial documents, reports and presentations.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and file management.
- Act as a liaison between the Salesperson and their clients, handling inquiries and providing assistance as needed
- Location at Orchard Rd, 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- 3 years experience as a Junior Secretary or Administrator in a sales environment
- Exposure in working / reporting to Senior management or Sales manager
- Good communication skills
- Possesses high energy, high initiative and a team player
