Personal Assistant to Country President - Singapore

We seek a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Country President & Office Manager in Singapore to provide essential secretarial and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations at our Singapore Office.

The role involves a variety of secretarial, administrative, and project activities supporting the Country President and Office Manager. As office manager, you will oversee the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and optimize facility operations to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and workplace environment.

Accountabilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Country President, including managing complex meetings, off-site events, diary arrangements, travel, and expenses in line with AZ policies.
  2. Oversee office administration to ensure the facility is well-maintained and complies with SHE standards.
  3. Manage IFM, office rental, and renovation activities.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to follow processes diligently
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various software systems
  • Ability to develop and maintain efficient systems for self and team
Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP and Concur
  • Team management skills
