This is a high-visibility, early-career opportunity for a sharp self-starter who wants to learn directly from the CEO of a fast-growing ed-tech company. You will streamline the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, keep key projects on track, and represent the CEO in communications with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management – Own the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
Travel & Event Logistics – Coordinate flights, accommodation, visas, and on-site logistics for local and overseas engagements.
Inbox & Communications – Draft and filter emails or messages; liaise with senior partners, clients, and government agencies on the CEO’s behalf.
Document Preparation – Create clean decks, briefs, and reports; maintain confidential files and trackers.
Project Tracking – Monitor milestones for course launches, accreditation matters, and partnership initiatives; flag risks promptly.
Research & Insights – Gather competitor or market intel, summarising insights in concise briefs.
Team Liaison – Serve as the bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teams; organise town halls and culture events.
Expense Management – Submit expense claims and assist Finance with reconciliations.
Confidentiality – Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates welcome; internships supporting senior leaders are a plus).
1-3 years’ experience in an executive support, operations, or project-coordination role—startup or education exposure is advantageous.
Excellent written & verbal communication; confident in drafting succinct emails and presentations.
Superb organisation and prioritisation skills in fast-changing environments.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion/Airtable, and basic data analysis in spreadsheets.
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to handle occasional after-hours requests when urgent matters arise.
Nice-to-Have
Experience using project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
Basic design sense for refining slides or collateral.
