Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Logistical Support
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Director.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and oversee international and domestic travel—including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage both corporate events and private functions for the executive and their family.
  • Personal & Household Support: Handle daily personal affairs, family events, and oversight of private properties and assets.
Language & Liaison Services
  • Translation & Interpretation: Deliver accurate, professional translations and real-time interpretation between Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English, covering both formal business and informal contexts.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate clear and respectful communication across cultural lines during meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners—particularly Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders—to ensure seamless interactions and collaboration.
