Personal Assistant (East)
Job description
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Lead yearly customer surveys and major marketing events
- Produce corporate reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and proactive skills.
- 5 days a week, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, East; basic salary + variable bonus.
