PERSONAL ASSISTANT (DRIVER CUM DISPATCH)

Duties and Responsibilities
1) Personal Driver to the CEO, CEO's Family, Staff and Guests.
2) Ensure that the car is well maintained, clean and meets all safety requirements.
3) Assist in errands for the CEO, including but not limited to filing, documents, pick up cheques etc. as required.
4) When not engaged, assist to perform dispatch/admin work.

Job Description (Role & Responsibilities)
1) Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School education and above, in any field.
2) Good verbal and written command of English.
3) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4) Candidate must be punctual, disciplined, mature, honest, in good health, with good eyesight, good attendance records, and a non-smoker.
5) Must possess a valid motor license and car driving license with a good track record.
6) Own motorbike/mode of transport and hand-phone.
7) Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays, if required.
8) Familiar with Singapore's roads, has a good sense of direction and knowledge of using Waze/Google Maps.
9) Ensure safe driving practices, observing the road, traffic laws & regulations of Singapore.
10) Must already own a driving license in Singapore (3/3A).
11) Satisfactory driving records.
