An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to manage tender submissions and provide administrative support. This role involves ensuring the highest quality in tender proposals tailored to client needs, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the Managing Director with various tasks. PART A: Duties & Responsibilities:
· Monitor tender via GeBIZ;
· To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the Company;
· Perform appropriate clinical, administrative, and operational research to support proposal and contract development;
· Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained;
· Establish and maintain strong working relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters;
· Provide secretarial and administration support to the Managing Director (MD);
· Maintain MD’s diary, appointments, and meetings;
· Handling queries and drafting of business letters, emails, and correspondences;
· Any other task may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
PART B: Experience & Skill-set required:
Must possess at least a Class 3 Singapore driving license;
Preferably possess a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
Able to communicate and converse effectively in order to gain trust and confidence;
Strong presentation and sound organizational abilities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint);
Experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management is an advantage;
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
