A private organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled personal assistant to support the Director in various administrative and personal tasks. Responsibilities include managing home facilities, accompanying the Director during events, and ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Assist and support Director in daily administrative function (business and personal)
Manage Director’s home facilities – arranging repairs, maintenance, training of home staff
Accompanying the Director in day-to-day activities
Support home events & activities – planning, coordinating, etc
Manage visa, travel & accommodation arrangements for the Director
Travel with Director on overseas trips
Provides for the safety and personal security of the Director
Constantly alert to surrounding and react to threatening situations
Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Director
Requirement:
At least 2 years of experience in related field
Billingual in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken handle queries, request and concerns from Chinese speaking associates on event planning, overseas travel, and providing personal security to the Company Director
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Able to multi task and work independently
