Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant cum Accounts Executive , ideally with some background in accounting or finance. This is a dynamic role that combines executive support, administrative coordination, and light financial responsibilities.

You’ll be exposed to a broad scope of business operations, including marketing, finance, project coordination, and corporate communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, working closely with top management, and growing alongside the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director in managing schedules, meetings, and confidential correspondence
  • Prepare product write-ups, brand collaterals, SOPs and training materials
  • Draft internal proposals, reports, and project documentation
  • Track team KPIs and prepare performance or budget reports
  • Assist with basic finance tasks such as journal entries, reconciliation, and analysis
  • Support operations, trade shows and client/vendor meetings
  • Draft and translate bilingual marketing materials
  • Coordinate and support campaign launches, roadshows, and promotional events
  • Maintain archives of internal training materials and digital media assets
  • Provide admin support for audit prep, compliance documentation, and internal reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience as Personal Assistant, Admin Exec, or Marketing Coordinator is preferred
  • Able to write and communicate clearly in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic accounting knowledge (e.g. journal entries, reconciliation) is an advantage
  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Interest or experience in FMCG, livestreaming, or digital content creation is a bonus
