About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, and immediate start is available.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to a management.

  • Handling a range of tasks such as diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and general administrative duties.

  • Acting as the main point of contact, managing incoming communications and queries.

  • Bridge communication between management and various departments, including task delegation and relaying critical updates.

  • Assisting in research to support both ongoing and new strategic initiatives.

  • Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Contributing to a collaborative, organised and efficient office environment.

What we're looking for

  • Street smarts over textbook knowledge.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent MS Office skills.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative best practices.
