A leading real estate network in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to manage schedules, assist with data entry, and produce social media content. This role requires effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle tasks independently. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Job Scope:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Data entry, file organisation, submission of transactions & other admin tasks.
Arrange appointments & help with daily time management.
Draft social media postings, emails and letters.
Photo & video taking & video editing
Coordinate events.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
Singaporeans are welcome to apply.
Candidate is required to possess good communication skills.
Candidate is required to be proficient in PC (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates has to be able to work in an independent environment.
Candidate with experience in using CapCut, Inshot and Canvas is a plus.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm.
