Overview

A medical consumable trading company, which mainly focuses on sourcing medical consumables and laboratory products. Almost all of our clients are from the USA, Canada, and the EU.

Responsibilities

The job scope of the personal assistant to the CEO includes the following duties:

  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with logistics
  • Making appointments on behalf of the CEO and organizing his daily schedule
  • Attend weekly Webex/Teams meetings with clients
  • Taking minutes while the boss dictates
  • Acting as a liaison to the clients, suppliers, and logistics companies.
  • Handling personal matters and keeping everything confidential
  • Travel with CEO to meet customers and suppliers
  • Handling other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the CEO
