Role Overview
The incumbent will be supporting up to three directors and is responsible for delivering high-level, confidential administrative and organizational support to multiple senior leaders simultaneously. This requires advanced multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills to ensure each director’s needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to each director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for all assigned directors, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and that all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications and prioritizing issues for directors’ attention.
- Prepare and manage documentation, including agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes for meetings involving one or more directors.
- Support board sub-committees or other relevant committees as required, including managing administrative activities and ensuring effective communication.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and suppliers on behalf of the directors, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Assist with project management and coordination as directed by the directors, which may include research, data collation, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters relating to the directors and the organization.

Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of PA experience supporting Director level and above
- Min. diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus
- Proficiency in any data visualization tool will be an added advantage
