A leading staffing firm seeks a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Director and family. Responsibilities include conducting research, scheduling, and managing personal matters. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
We are looking for a personal assistant for the Director and family members.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
- Assist in HR related matters
- In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director matters
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
- Attend to personal matters for Director and extended family members
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
