About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our prestige client famous in design sector as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be based in the Central Region and this is a full-time 12 month position. Optional to renew another 12 months. Office hours working arrangement.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments, including arranging domestic and international travel

  • Preparing reports, presentations and other documents as required

  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Assisting with event planning and execution

  • Managing the executive's email inbox and responding to queries

  • Undertaking various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Candidate who engages in art or design as a personal passion will feel especially at home in this environment
