About Us:
Reverie Live Music is a live entertainment venue and restaurant located in Rendezvous Hotel Singapore , offering vibrant, high-quality live music performances from noon onward. We provide a dynamic space where music, food, and community meet. As a growing SME, we’re seeking a versatile individual to support both our procurement needs and the operational tasks of our leadership team.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful individual to join our team in a hybrid role encompassing both Procurement and Personal Assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.



Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties (50%):

  • Source and liaise with vendors for equipment, logistics, and event-related supplies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, procurement timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate delivery and logistics with event and production teams.
  • Maintain vendor database and review supplier performance regularly.

Personal Assistant Duties (50%):

  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Director and team leads.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Assist in document preparation, data entry, and general office management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Run errands or coordinate ad-hoc tasks when required.
  • Have to be able to attend pr events with the boss

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply if motivated and fast-learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities independently.
  • Passion for live music or events industry is a bonus.
  • Able to react to impromptu situation
