A leading financial advisory firm is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a senior leader. This full-time, on-site role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating team activities in a structured and supportive environment. About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a senior leader in the financial advisory sector. You will play a key role in managing calendars, preparing materials for appointments, handling team coordination, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raffles Place, offering a structured environment with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents such as proposals, summaries, and slides for client appointments
Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and manage logistics across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate internal team activities (e.g., training sessions, coaching schedules, tracking attendance and payments)
Support event planning for team bonding or training initiatives
Ensure proper filing and documentation of sensitive or confidential materials
Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
Liaise with clients and partners when needed in a professional, tactful manner
What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or coordination roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & Canva
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Mandarin is a bonus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
A calm, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
