Job Description & Requirements
- Assist the Director in coordinating and planning business trips.
- Represent the Director at certain business appointments.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of plans.
- Prepare claims, business purchases, and expense items.
- Assist in providing vocational and product training internally and externally.
- Recruit and conduct basic interviews for HR requirements.
- Handle occasional personal errands.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Be independent, a fast learner, and responsible.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and a sense of authority.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and the candidate's abilities.
