Job summary

A growing company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support its Directors. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource.
  • Relevant working experience in admin, HR, or operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Personal Assistant to support the Directors. This role spans administrative coordination, HR assistance, operational support, and light marketing involvement. You will be the right hand to our Directors, helping to keep daily operations efficient and projects on track.

Job Responsibilities

· Handle emails, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure smooth daily operations

· Prepare weekly internal meeting PowerPoint slides

· Organise and maintain documents, contracts, reports, company SOPs and HR policies etc

· Schedule interviews and assist in the hiring process

· Track employee records, assist with payroll data collection, and perform some commission calculations

· Oversee office cleanliness & tidiness daily & office supply inventory monthly

· Assist with liaising and coordinating with platform sales reps

· Assist with exhibition preparation and award submissions

· Organise internal company events & coordinate event flower stand or hamper delivery.

· Assist with the Director’s ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or equivalent

· Relevant working experience in admin, HR, or operations is preferred

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks

· Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business tools

· Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving

· Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

· Occasionally required to work on Saturdays when necessary
