Job description

We are currently recruiting Personal Assistants, where you will support either our CEO or CFO. You will be part of the Corporate Services team, to also support the Executive Assistant to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Calendar Management and Scheduling using digital tools –
    1. Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
    2. Plan and organize travel arrangements.
  2. Administrative Support –
    1. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
    2. Manage confidential information with discretion.
  3. Task Management –
    1. Track deadlines ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    2. Function as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Meeting Coordination –
    1. Arrange and prepare materials for meetings.
    2. Take minutes during meetings and follow-up on action items.
  5. Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 4 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  2. Proficient in Office Software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
  3. Be meticulous, organized, able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Good translation skills.
  6. Able to interact with people at all levels.
  7. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  8. Professionalism and poise.
