Job description

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to C-suite executives, including calendar management and travel coordination

· Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and manage logistics for high-level events

· Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives

· Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication

· Handle confidential documents and sensitive company information with utmost discretion and professionalism

· Prepare and process expense reports, claims, and other financial documentation for executive review

· Maintain accurate records and systematic filing systems for all executive-related documents

· Support executives by managing deadlines, prioritizing ad-hoc requests, and assisting with special projects as needed

Requirements:

· Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a relevant discipline

· At least 2 years of experience supporting senior management or C-level executives

· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Proven ability to handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
