About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kinetic Success Creation Pte. Ltd. in the Outram Central Region. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial support to our leadership team, enabling them to focus on driving the strategic direction of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments for senior executives

  • Handle all administrative tasks such as arranging travel, booking meetings, and maintaining records

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing presentations

  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation

  • Creativity in content and meeting slides

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
