Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Plan and organize travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Track deadlines ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Function as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Arrange and prepare materials for meetings.

  • Take minutes during meetings and follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma

  • 3-5 years of experience in executive support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
