Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Plan and organize travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Track deadlines ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Function as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Arrange and prepare materials for meetings.
Take minutes during meetings and follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
At least Diploma
3-5 years of experience in executive support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
