Job description

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for the executive.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate and disseminate information to both internal and external parties.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  5. Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  6. Assist with the preparation of business reports.
  7. Prepare and submit expense reports.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  9. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  1. Diploma in Business, Communications or relevant fields. Experienced candidates without qualifications may be considered.
  2. Fresh graduates can be considered.
  3. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  4. IT Savvy.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  6. Proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure; strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Other Information:


  1. Office Location: Ang Mo Kio.
  2. Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  3. Performance Bonus.
  4. Job title and remuneration is based on education and experience.
