We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate and disseminate information to both internal and external parties.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation of business reports.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Communications or relevant fields. Experienced candidates without qualifications may be considered.
- Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- IT Savvy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure; strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Office Location: Ang Mo Kio.
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Performance Bonus.
