Reports To: Director, Great Eastern Insurance
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Director at Great Eastern Insurance. This role requires someone who is proactive, discreet, and professional, with the ability to manage a dynamic schedule, assist with day-to-day operations, and provide occasional chauffeuring when required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in both corporate and client-facing environments.
Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Attend client appointments or company events as needed to provide support and coordination
Drive the Director to and from meetings, appointments, and events (car provided or mileage reimbursed)
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare documents, reports, presentation slides, and meeting notes as needed
Manage and screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Run personal errands and coordinate logistics where required (e.g., booking venues, event setups)
Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners in a professional manner
Provide ad-hoc administrative support including filing, claims submission, and follow-ups
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and be comfortable driving
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar scheduling tools
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to last-minute schedule changes
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset
