Job description

Our client is a Finance Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance records.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance review processes.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies on HR and office matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and office facilities to optimize costs.
  • Support CEO’s schedule: organize appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa documentation.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO as required.
  • Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or prioritizing on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management, HR administration, or executive support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
