Key Responsibilities:
Business Meeting Translation: Provide accurate translation services during business meetings to facilitate clear communication.
Project Management: Assist in the advancement and management of company projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
CEO Scheduling: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Business Activities: Participate in business activities and events, representing the company and supporting the CEO.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant assistant experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and upward management skills.
Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
