Responsible for the development of the Perovskite-silicon tandem products as part of next generation technology projects. He/She will be working closely with engineers in the projects during the execution of experiments and evaluations in REC technology labs and production lines. The candidates need to be a highly motivated, hands-on process and characterization expert to bring the next generation technology up to the production level. He/She will also be engaged in designing/specifying the equipment requirement for setting up the production line. He/she is expected to monitor external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to REC's business success.
