Job summary

Wood is seeking a Permitting Coordinator for a 12-month contract role in Singapore to support project activities in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will monitor permitting activities, liaise with government authorities, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and knowledge of Indonesian permitting processes, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Civil/Structural Consultants or Architectural firms.
• Permitting experience in Indonesia and knowledge of submission procedures.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for all Government Authorities Permitting activities.
• Monitor execution of work scope according to Project Procedures.
• Prepare requisitions for Qualified Person and Authorised Examiner services.
• Coordinate with various consultants and government authorities.
• Liaise and ensure proper project filing and closeout.
