Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: $2,500 – 5,500 basic + Commission + $1000 Transport allowance

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am – 6pm

Location: Tuas (Shuttle Service provided at Jurong East MRT)

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, develop, and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers across on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) segments.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell the company’s portfolio of beers, wines, and spirits to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Order Management: Work closely with internal teams to process orders, track deliveries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and sales pipeline progress

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in a sales or business development role; prior experience in FMCG, alcohol distribution, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities; proven track record in achieving sales targets; ability to build rapport with diverse clients; good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated and goal-driven; passion for the alcohol industry and willingness to learn about our brands; proactive mindset and team-oriented approach.
  • License: Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
