A vibrant swim school in Singapore, seeks a part-time Customer Service Officer to enhance client experiences. Who We Are
We’re Singapore’s go-to for infant and young children’s swim education, helping little ones build water confidence early. Nestled in Dempsey’s lush greenery, our school offers a vibrant, fun, and stable environment. With a multicultural team bringing diverse perspectives, we stayed strong through COVID, despite many other swim schools having closed and instructors having left the industry. We are excited to mark our 10th anniversary as we continue our journey of growth and excellence.
The Role: Permanent Part Time Customer Service Officer
As our new Casual Part-Time Customer Service Administrator, you’ll guide our clients through their swimming experiences. Ensuring every client enjoy their time at the swim school. From answering calls and responding to WhatsApp messages and emails, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our school, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Organizational Guru: Calls, emails, schedules, multitasking? You handle them all like a pro. A task list is your best friend, and whether working solo or under pressure, precision and efficiency are your middle names.
Tech Savvy : You navigate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with ease, and have sound knowledge of scheduling software.
Client Connector : You excel at making connections, whether it’s face-to-face, on the phone, or online.
Learning Lover: You seek out learning opportunities and have a growth mindset, always eager to expand your skills. No invoicing experience? No problem! We’re happy to train you—but you’ve got to have a thirst for knowledge.
The Nitty-Gritty:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or roles involving customer interactions.
Schedule : 4 days a week (Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
