No. The Permanent Part-Time CarePro programme is only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. This is a requirement of the employment model and cannot be waived. Foreign nationals and work permit holders are not eligible to apply for this role.
The minimum commitment is 26 caregiving hours per week (113 caregiving hours per month). Only time spent actively providing care counts; travel between visits is excluded. You can take on additional visits above the minimum at the same hourly rate, up to a maximum of 190 hours per calendar month.
Yes. Homage contributes 17% of your base salary as the employer CPF share, that is $317 per month. Homage sponsors your NTUC HSEU membership, which includes: NTUC GIFT insurance up to $40,000 (TPD and death coverage for you and your spouse), welfare bursaries and U Care financial assistance, UTAP and LXP training subsidies, FairPrice LinkPoints (4%), Kopitiam discounts, and reduced phone plan rates with Singtel and StarHub.
Homage will make every effort to retain your existing recurring clients in your PPT roster. However, this depends on the rostering logic and cannot be guaranteed. Your dedicated coordinator will work with you to maintain continuity where possible.
Leave is managed around your 113-hour monthly minimum. There is no fixed leave entitlement. Give at least 2 weeks’ notice for planned leave. As a guideline, keep leave to 3 to 4 working days per month. If leave creates a shortfall, apply for additional visits on the Homage app to make up the hours. For leave longer than 5 working days, notify Homage at least 1 month in advance.
Yes. Once you have met your 113-hour monthly minimum, you can continue taking on additional visits at the same base hourly rate. The weekly cap is 44 hours, and the maximum for any calendar month is 190 caregiving hours.
You will be paid at the end of each calendar month. CPF contributions are processed no later than the 14th of the following month. Your dedicated coordinator handles any payout queries, and you also have access to the full Homage Support channels.
