Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Tampines is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to manage stock, fulfil orders and support logistics operations.

You will pack project kits, verify shipments, update inventory records in Xero and our WMS, and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers. Mandarin communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating logistics, stock movement or fulfilment operations.
• Familiar with WMS, Xero or inventory systems.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and handle Mandarin documentation.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack smart home project kits according to approved invoices.
• Pre-pair smart switches to gateways (training provided).
• Label, stage and prepare project kits for installation teams.
• Receive, verify and put away incoming stock.
• Review supplier invoices upon receipt of goods.
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with the purchasing team.
• Maintain warehouse organisation using FIFO and proper bin locations.
• Update ClickUp, Xero and inventory records.
• Track defective items and manage returns.
• Arrange courier collections and support occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Pack smart home project kits according to approved invoices.
• Pre-pair smart switches to gateways (training provided).
• Label, stage and prepare project kits for installation teams.
• Receive, verify and put away incoming stock.
• Review supplier invoices upon receipt of goods.
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders.

Requirements:

• Warehouse and inventory management experience.
• Experience coordinating logistics, stock movement or fulfilment operations.
• Familiar with WMS, Xero or inventory systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and handle documentation written in Mandarin
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
