Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle invoices and ad-hoc billing.
• Assist with revenue and cost of sales recording.
• Verify billing documents and required approvals.
• Prepare and post accounting journal entries.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and payments.
• Verify sales commissions.
• Prepare monthly sales, cost, and profit reports.
• Assist with financial and sales performance analysis.
• Handle other accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
