Responsibilities

• Gérer le recrutement complet et la stratégie de talent.
• Planifier la formation annuelle en consultation avec les managers.
• Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés dans le système de paie.

Job description

• Responsible for the full recruitment activities, liaising with the Hiring Managers to
• understand organizational talent needs
• Responsible for the Annual Training Plan in consultation with the Area HR and Department Managers to build competencies and meet business needs
• Ensure timely update and maintenance of all employees’ records in the payroll system
• Leverage on internal/external networks on the best practices and advise Area HR if current remuneration and benefits is competitive (compare to market data)
• Responsible for annual salary increase and bonus pay-out (to tie with Annual Performance Review results) – advise on the market increase vs inflation rate
• Responsible for all work pass matters, including application, renewal and cancellation, in line with local legislation
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
