• Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
• Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
• Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
• Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
• Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.
• Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon), any 5 days.
• Possess prior team management experience and able to handle frontline complaints.
