5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri 8.30 am to 5.20 pm,

Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (once a month Saturday off)

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure quality standards are met and proper procedures are followed.
• Provide guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and disputes.
• Manage the cycle counting program according to SLA.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and communicate causes to operations.
• Investigate internal excess and short picks, and report findings to operations.
• Report on any stock adjustments, including reasons for these adjustments.
• Oversee yearly staff performance, teamwork, and related matters.
• Ensure KPIs are met and reports are submitted promptly.
• Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff.
• Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using WMS or Microsoft Office.
• Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager or Immediate Superior in support of operations.
