1. To provide an optimal level of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. To assist in activities and programs promoting healthy aging for clients.
3. Supervise the Nursing Team comprising Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants to ensure the optimal delivery of required care to clients.
