• Manage and oversee end-to-end motor claims processes, ensuring timely and fair settlement.
• Assess and investigate claims in accordance with policy terms and regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with policyholders, workshops, surveyors, and legal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
• Review complex or disputed claims and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for internal reporting and audit purposes.
• Mentor and support junior claims staff, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
Identify trends and provide input for process improvement or fraud detection strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in motor claims
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims processes, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
General Insurance Certificates are necessary
