Job Scope:
HR Administration
- Maintain and organise HR records and filing systems.
- Assist with onboarding preparations (e.g., preparing documents, setting up access).
- Support exit clearance procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Training Coordination
- Process course applications and update training records.
- Handle logistics for in-house training, including venue setup, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Raise payment requests for training programmes.
- Consolidate and analyse training feedback.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Arrange interview logistics (venue setup orvirtual interview links).
Employee Engagement
- Support workplace engagement programmes and initiatives.
- Draft and design EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail)to promote HR activities.
Requirement
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business/ HR or related field
- Min 1 year experience
