Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exits.
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with HODs to identify business challenges and propose possible solutions.
  • Provide on-going performance management guidance to HODs and line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management exercise.
  • Provide guidance to HODs and staff to deliver accurate and timely answers to staff queries.
  • Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, where necessary.
  • Annual manpower and budgeting exercise.
  • Participate in projects when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or Business related.
  • 8 years of HRBP experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts.
