Perm HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) *HEALTHCARE, WEST* #HZT
- Leverage various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.
- Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and resignees.
- Provide HR admin support as follows:
i. Work with uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly.
ii. Process monthly allowance disbursement for those on pre-service sponsorship programmes.
iii. Arrange pre-employment medical examinations for interns and process interns’ monthly allowances.
iv. Submit funding claims to MOH in a timely manner.
v. Maintain and update training records for all employees.
vi. Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system quarterly for audits.
vii. Coordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and employee engagement sessions.
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably in human resources.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in large corporations and healthcare is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within the assigned scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
