Working Hours: Any 5 days Office Hours, rostered 44 hours per week

Must Work on: Sat, Sun & Monday

2 Off days will fall on Tue / Wed / Thursday / Friday (strictly no on calls on off days)

Location: Office Location at Kovan

Half day work from office, half day work from home

Job Description:

• Manage patient at home
• Co-ordinate with patient daily care
• Arrange daily activities for patient
• Ordering medical supplies and equipment for patient etc.

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years experience from A&E / ICU / Oncology / General Surgery Wards
• Able to do IV cannulation & Draw blood
• Driving license would be advantageous as company will provide car to travel to patient house
