• The Home Care Associate (HCA) will provide home-based personal care services which aims to assist clients with their daily activities of living, to enable them to be taken care of and live in the comfort and security of their own home.
• Duties include but not limited to companionship, personal hygiene, medical escort, grocery shopping, meal preparation, feeding and light housekeeping.
• The HCA will also provide guidance to care associates to ensure that personal care services are delivered in a safe and proper manner.

Requirements:

• Preferably GCE O-Level or with an HMI Certificate in Healthcare support (Nursing) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience as care staff in the home care setting
• Must be client-oriented, self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification.
• Able to complete visit reports.
