Job description

• Function as a business partner to the New Installation / Modernisation team, providing financial advice to drive the achievement of financial targets and corporate objectives.
• Work closely with business team to lead and prepare monthly project forecasting, annual budget, management reporting.
• Handle monthly and year end closing.
• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to identify issues, uncover root causes, and work with business team for opportunities and areas for improvements.
• Monitor closely on project costing and drive overrun reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in net working capital.
• Review and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Finance Operations:

• Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports to support business monitoring and ensure compliance with statutory audit, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform and/or review monthly accounting reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Lead or assist adhoc projects or activities as being tasked.
