The Job:

• Oversee the regular maintenance and servicing of all CCTV, security systems, cleaning, and landscape.
• Liaise with vendors for renewal terms and invoices.
• Maintain proper records for all active subscriptions.
• Handle accurate and timely processing of vendors' invoices through the bank’s financial system, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery orders.

SALARY RANGE: $4200 to $4,800
