• Oversee the regular maintenance and servicing of all CCTV, security system, cleaning and landscape
  • Liaise with vendors for renewal terms and invoices

  • Handle accurate and timely processing of vendors invoices through the bank’s financial system, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Match invoices to purchase order and delivery orders
