Job description

Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: 5 days a week | Monday to Sunday | 3 shifts | Permanent position

Classroom Training: 2 months (Office hours: Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide quality customer service
  2. Assist customers at check-in counters
  3. Verify travel documents, passports, and visas
  4. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
